I believe these are an older version of the Yola™ Skinny Scrub Pants. This version has a scrunched waistband, where the newer version has a smooth waistband. The only flaws I can find are on the stitching of both front pockets and a tiny discoloration on the front of the left leg near the slit (see photos). Both are barely noticeable!
