Skinny Black Belt size 12P

Shiny black skinny belt, size 12P. No material labels but feels to be a vinyl on top of a manmade leather. Silvertone cutout bar buckle with metal ball tip for closure in holes. 38 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Five holes for an adjustable fit. Silvertone rivits and matching material loop at base of buckle. Top coming away from bottom at end of belt on one side and underside where last rivet is, probably can glye back together.
