jamielane202 So I'm very new to this app. So please bear with me. I did receive something & it says "listed item at $13 offered $9" Then it gave me an option to either "accepted, counter or decline". So I guess my question to you is, If I do accept it, at what price am I accepting it for? (I'm so sorry, I'm just confused)
