Burlap toy bag has a teddy bear and faux pine. Lacquored wood base with felted bottom. Gold metal plaque on base says "2004 Old World Santa Collection". Bottome says "Limited Edition". Original tags on bottoms. About 19 1/4 inches high, 9 inches front to back, 8 inches wide. Really cute! Kind of like a doll on a base. Good condition, no breaks. No missing pieces. Great for any holiday display.
