Skiing Man Pewter Figurine

This little collectable figurine was marked Charisma, and has hand painted ear muffs and gloves. I feel like I should know who this character is. He looks a little familiar. Please let me know if you know! There is no date stamp, but I will venture to guess this was made in the 1980s. 1-1/2" tall x 1-1/2" long x 1-3/4" wide. This piece is in good used condition.
