Skies Are Blue drop waist cream floral dress

NWT size XS, 15 1/2” across bust, 50” length shoulder to hem, cream and peach multi color floral print with specs of metallic silver throughout, drop waist, extra tie accent at sleeves, zips in back, fully lined, no stretch in material. Dress has never been worn. Only selling because I can no longer fit it.
