Lovely turquoise colored floral dress from Stitch Fix brand, Skies Are Blue. It has a tie-back halter neck, creating a kind of keyhole opening there. Looser up top with an elastic cinched waist and a-line style. Size medium and very comfortable! Lightweight fabric but not sheer at all.
