Skies Are Blue Pink and White mini dress. Small

Super cute dress with slight pleating and cross wrap front. Option to add belt, but discreet enough loops to not wear one. I’m 5’6 and the hem hits about an inch above the knee! Not too deep of a v neck- so it’s *just* sexy enough- but still modest.
