Arctix Ski pants. Like new. Youth XL. Adjustable waist. Zipper. Hook/eye closure with Velcro also.
These are really nice pants. Our whole family has a pair. They are warm and I believe waterproof. We spend time in the upper peninsula of Michigan each winter and these are perfect!
Waist is approximately 30 inches without cinching the sides. (The waist is adjustable.) Inseam is about 30 inches long.

@riley14301 the size chart says 29 inches for the waist. I just measured them and got the same - maybe a teensy bit bigger. But that is without cinching the waist with the adjusters on the side. Hope that helps.
