littlejacy @gretavonk. The bottom hem is 25 inches. However, I'll say that it is elastic...so...there's some give there.

gretavonk @littlejacy thanks! It's also a longer length so I'm sure its more flowy than fitted. I wear a 2-3 x in American sizing so I go way up in boutique sizing.
