About 13in (26in circumference) at the smallest and the back panel covers the back opening up to 16.5 inches (33 inch circumference) but could open wider with a black top underneath to cover the gap. Never been worn. Satiny texture with some lace detail. Very unique! The skeleton probably glows in a black light!
