Skater Dress with swing out bottom

Absolutely gorgeous dress that the pictures do no justice for. Made with cotton yarn and is machine washable and dryable. The bottom swings out some when you twirl! Ties around neck and in the front bust area; you can adjust the bust area to show as much as you would like! Dress has stretch; measurements taken without stretching. (For reference: I am 5'1 with a 40" bust and wear a XL/1X top and this dress fits me perfectly.) Smoke free and pet friendly home.
