Size small white with light blue striped strapless dress

Size small mini dress, white with light blue vertical stripes. Strapless with elastic top layer that includes “sleeves” which are elastic around the arms. Very soft and comfy, only worn once. Bought from a small boutique called Pitaya in Bloomington, IN!
