Size small dress white with blue flowers

This amazing dress can be worn either long or scrunched up as a shorter dress (as shown in pics) spaghetti straps- size small - never worn. I took the tags off because I thought I was going to wear it on a trip, but never did. No imperfections/holes/stains. Brand new !
