Size small bright Kelly green top perfect for St. Patty’s day.

Bought it at a local boutique with no returns to wear on St Pattys day. It’s too tight on me. Very cute style with tie side neck. Material is cotton/polyester but feels kinda gauzy. Back had stretch waist on bottom.
