Size small White/cream skirt

Chelsea 28 white/cream size small long pencil skirt. Very cute, unique and soft!!! The inside liner is a very soft cotton, the outside looks like a cotton floral design. Never worn because it is too big for me. It is more for someone that is a size 2/4, not a 0. Over-the-knee pencil skirt on most unless you’re very tall.
