Size XXL Beautiful Long Sequined Skirt

From Belks, very pretty long black skirt with sequins all around the bottom of the dress and pieces throughout the whole dress. my pictures ate not the best. It kind of looks formal. I actually never wote it but tried it on. It has elastic at the top and I would say fits like a 18-20, but, a 16 could also wear.
