This dress is in perfect condition the only reason why I’m selling is because I forgot to return the dress and unfortunately I ran out of time, it’s cute but just didn’t suit me. It is 100% cotton it’s not stretchy, it also comes with cute straps that u can tie like bows on ur shoulders. It’s 24.8 inches long.
