From Banana Republic factory new with tags never worn. I bought it as a summer dress but it also transitions nice to fall with a sweater. However, I lost weight and now it’s way too big for me. No rips stains, tears snags. Non-smoking house. Dress measures 43 inches from bottom of adjustable straps to the bottom of the dress and there is a 18 inch slit on the left side of the dress
