Size S XS Floral dress summer black Xhilaration

Worn MAYBE once, but has just been hanging in my closet for a bout a year. It says XS on the tag - but I would recommend it to more of a S, maybe even a M depending, as the bust/chest area is very loose compared to what you’d think , as well as the whole dress being light and flowy, stretchy, and has a tie around the middle to be adjusted. :-) Brand Xhilaration - Believe from Kohl’s Black dress, mid length with light pink blue and yellowish Flor design all over. :-)
