Size S Women’s Francesca’s Black Fringe Cardigan with Tag

This cardigan is in good condition. There are some pulled threads towards the bottom of the cardigan as pictured. It does have its original tag. It has a chevron design and is a velvet and mesh material that alternates with the chevron pattern with fringe accents at the bottom. It is super cute and lightweight!
