Size Medium - Itty Bitty black one shoulder party dress

The size says medium, but it looks small to me. Black cocktail dress with only right arm 3/4 sleeve. It’s sprinkled with specks of silver throughout the dress. It measures 29 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress and 13 inches from pit to pit. Would look GREAT with the Shrug ( shrug is SEPARATE purchase) bundle and save! ( Bundle the Shrug & dress and I’ll bundle for $20.)
