The liner on the crotch of bikini needs to be peeled off and removed what you are seeing is a pull off protector it looks yellow but i assure you it is the crotch protector i figured it was best to leave it to reassure buyer that it had not been worn I do not have the neck strap ..one could be used from an old bathing suit you may have .. it will easily just hook on to this bathing suit top.
