michellenalene @georgerib it ties around the neck/ halter. its in good condition & could definitely be worn to homecoming. however there are two small spots of discoloration. I've updated the pictures to show them. the one is on the bodice, and the other is on the skirt. this dress has been pre-loved with some wear as shown, but the fabric is flowing and imperfections are easily hidden. I can pack it tonight and have it shipped tomorrow just in time for homecoming season.
