Size 9 Sorel white waterproof lace up boots

Size 9 by Sorel. Inner tag says waterproof. When I searched the style number from the inner tag (see photo) it looks like possibly “Lennox” style but unsure. Purchased last winter and wore maybe 3 times tops. Have not worn this winter. Excellent condition with minor surface level scuffs/marks (see photo). No visible wear to sole.
