These are brand new in the box. I should have purchased a size 10 instead. Wide shaft for a larger size calf. Calf measures eight and three-quarter inches across. So 17 1/2 inches in circumference. The trick with these is to zip them up lower on your leg and then pull them up because they have elastic at the top

@kcollette99 I should've included that. Sorry. They measure 8 3/4 across. 17 1/2 circumference. The trick is to put them on and zip them up lower on your leg. There is elastic at the top and you just pull them up right over your leg once they are zipped
