Size 8.5 Marilyn Moda high heels

These heels are like an ankle boot. The top half is done in a colorful fabric with tiny, tiny silver glitter woven into it. The bottom half is a patented leather I believe. They are tie up ankle boots. To my knowledge my mother only wore them once or twice. She can't wear heels anymore unfortunately.
