@genelacome no it does not include a receipt but I guarantee it’s authenticity. Unfortunately cleanings are now $20 for silver pieces.

@genelacome this is very recent, the website now says “Tiffany boutiques offer on-site cleanings, subject to availability. Gold and platinum jewelry cleanings are complimentary, while sterling silver jewelry cleanings are available for a fee. Private appointments can be booked online and up to five items can be submitted per appointment.”

@genelacome I think the change may be due to the time it takes partially and the potential to break or damage a worn/vintage/unlucky piece which they then have to repair or replace. One of my SAs in Cali once told me that they received an astronomical amount of items to clean daily.
