Size 6.5 Vintage ring

I don't really know anything about this ring. the stones on top look like opal but I don't know if they are real or faux. There is a cluster of clear stones around them and the ring is gold tone. I'm sorry that I'm unsure of the materials on this one. It looks like it's about a size 6.5. There is a small scratch on the band so I think the gold is a plating.
