Skirt meets at bottom skirt on average person. Full ball gown style skirt with organza material between strips. Crinoline built in underneath to keep structured. Dress form is bust 34 waist 26 hips 36 typical size 6 formal and this is just a bit loose. Could fit 36/27.5/ with any waist/butt. Original long length to fit most to all heights.
