This designer skirt (not a skort!) is lined inside with a thin white material that is tacked to the outside so as not to ride up. The material is thick and high quality. Front buttons are big and decorative at deep front pocket hem. No functional back pockets. Front closure is two hooked clasps a button and a zipper. Barely worn and without wear or stains!
