Size 4 Jovanni 1863 prom dress

This dress is brand new and never worn, only tried on for pictures. It’s a beautiful dress I just never ended up going to prom. I am 5’3 and it’s a little long on me. Even though it’s a size 4, the seller at the dress shop said it can be altered down to a size 0, if need be.
