Size 38 Odette Coach flat, tan patent leather

Size 38 coach Odette tan patent leather loafer/flat, barely worn as you can see the bottom of the soles is in great condition, and there is not a lot of where shown in the inside of the soul however, there is some peeling from the inside of the see , can easily add an insert, not quite sure why this is happening as these have not been worn very much. However, the shoe itself is in great condition.
