Size 3 formal dress w/slit and layered bottom

My ultimate favorite color blue especially on a dress. This was worn once and is in brand new condition. It was also dry cleaned. Another thing that I absolutely adore is the fact that the dress is high and low from left to right. And that big bow rhinestone.spaghetti straps.
