I’m calling it a light ivory color only because it’s not a pure white. 100% cotton (materials tag is pictured) Adorable little piece to own and so versatile. We wore this on cooler weather days to preschool and to church with dresses. Very good condition overall. Some minor signs of normal wear. Fringe is not as neat as it once was.
