The bottom is hemmed and inseam 27. Says size 25 but fits more like a 24 or 23. The back pockets have slight tears, if taken to a tailor or seamstress should be fixed easily. Got these from another posher, would love to keep them just expected 25 to fit like 25 not way smaller!

christinec1974 Can you see skin on the back with the tears and are they really loose on bottom? I am 5"1 and 95 lbs I normally wear a 29 in length just wondering if they would be to short
