Size 24 Off the shoulder top -dress barn

This off shoulder tunic or long blouse is in excellent condition with no rips tears or stains, it is too large on the top for me I carry most of my weight on my lower half pictured or sleeves with a bow on the back there is a little bit of stretch I would say closer to 24 to 26 in size
