Size 2/3 light blue denim mini skirt with fringe

Really cute light blue denim mini skirt with fringe on the bottom. It’s in great condition and has only been gently used. There are buttons all the way down the skirt on the front. Pair this with black tights, black sweater, and some loafers for a cute fall fit! It’s a size small from forever 21, but fits like a size 2 or 3, so I’d say it’s a bit on the smaller side.
