This is a beautiful dress by RJ Stevens by Carol escritor. It's zips up the back. Has a tie so you can tighten it. Shoulder pads. front has a white satin shirt that is covered by an attached button-up vest. The sleeves tie in knots or bows. Bust is approximately 42in. Length of skirt from waist (where white satin blouse ends) to bottom of dress is 32in.
