What is the measurement under the bust- where the satin meets the overlay?

@binkeee Hi Bink. Thanks for asking. It made me add a couple of more pictures. It measures 14" on front when laying flat. However, when I put it on and measured the circumference it measured between 31-32". And I realized I had no pictures of how beautiful the back of this dress really is, so I added one.
