Size 1 Homecoming/Semi-formal Dress

Adorable semi-formal dress from JC Penny. Size one, with a silky bow in the back. Heart cut, very short and nicely form fitted. Black breast area, a pink tied bow, then black lace showing a pink silky fabric underneath. Worn once for homecoming and in PERFECT condition.
