NWT size l. Waist is 16” across. Lined. I bought it and needed another size but life got crazy this year and I did get it returned within the 30 period. Never worn. Bows at the waist are stationary. Pockets! Zips up. Cotton. Blue & white striped with little rhinestones all over for some sparkle. Last 3 photos show the colors best.
