Sister Jane Size Small  Blue Cold Shoulder Ruffle Dress From the brand Sister Jane in a size small. I believe it is oversized some, so please review the measurements below to guarantee it fits how you would like. This is a gorgeous navy blue color. It is a cold shoulder style and does have ruffles on the sleeves.  It is in good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with the dress besides on the inside of the ruffle, there is a small white line. I am guessing from deodorant. It would not be noticeable when on. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have.  Armpit to armpit is about 20 inches and pulls to a max of about 22 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. The waist is about 20 inches and pulls to a max of about 21.5 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. Length from armpit to hem is about 23 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 32 inches. ***I think this dress is meant to be loose fitting on.***
