Sisley vintage high waisted white pattern skirt

Size 40; comes with a navy blue ribbon tie that wraps around twice. Purchased 15 years ago, worn a handful of times. Secured inside with a button and inner ties. Beautiful skirt, great for work or summer parties. Full and lined skirt.
