Sinequanone skirt

This is a beautiful French brand. The skirt is in good condition. Some threads peeking out as seen in the photos, but it is truly not noticeable. The writing on the tag is gone, but the waist measures about 13 and a half inches while laying flat. So it would fit a 27 inch waist. The length is about 23 and a half inches.
