Sims Men's Large Snowboarding Winter Hooded Jacket

Sims Snowboarding Winter Jacket Men's Size Large I believe the color is gray, but it sort of looks like a gray version of military green. The lining is kind of a yellowish-green. The left arm cuff has some scuffs. See last photo. The powder skirt (snow skirt) doesn't seem to fit snugly. I don't know if that means the elastic is losing some elasticity or if it is just too big for a thinner person like myself.
