Simply southern print ruffle pants

Simply southern printed ruffle bottom pants. Looks like a Lilly Pulitzer print. Super stretchy material. These are a Capri length on me but would be longer on someone shorter. I’m 5’7 and a size 8 for reference. Reasonable offers accepted! Smoke free home, no rips or stains.
