Great condition. Simply Vera by Vera Wang from Kohl's. This skirt is silk like material with a stretch waist. Could for XS-M depending on how you want to wear it. There are two very small, hardly noticeable pulls. (So small you probably would have never notice them) I just strongly believe in customer service and honesty. The last picture shows the pull.
