Brand is Simply Vera. Fabric is thick silky-stretchy kind-of polyester, very soft with good movement. Longsleeves. Scoop neck. Colors include tans, browns, creams. Model in photo is 37.5" bust and 5'3" tall. A great winter dress! Has tiny side loops for a belt but no belt included. Good used Condition. Size tag says Small, I wear between S and Medium so this like a 6-8.
