Simply Vera Vera Wang Dress

Super cute and flattering dress. Runs a little big for xs but the scrunch waist with the tie allows you to make tighter or shorter. I usually pull some of the dress out of top of belt to make it shorter as shown in picture. In good used condition - worn to a few events! Dress is brighter like the event picture being worn.
